Well id say good morning from here and that im new to the forums, I need
help badly with a program...
Ive been Gyming for 3 years, used deca and depo last year but lost all of it
because of stupidness, i need help regarding a program for bulking with sus
3 days a week, because i have been searching on the net for a routine and found i decent one but i cant keep on using it for my body is used to the program already and need to change.
PLZ guys i really need help here, i dont know what sort of training routine should be used when im on sus 250...
