Need Help plz some1

Well id say good morning from here and that im new to the forums, I need
help badly with a program...

Ive been Gyming for 3 years, used deca and depo last year but lost all of it
because of stupidness, i need help regarding a program for bulking with sus
3 days a week, because i have been searching on the net for a routine and found i decent one but i cant keep on using it for my body is used to the program already and need to change.

PLZ guys i really need help here, i dont know what sort of training routine should be used when im on sus 250...

Your training routine shouldn't necessarily be different just because you're on sust, other than you are able to train a little more intensely. There are a million things you can change in an workout. Just stick with big basic stuff and hit it hard.
