I have a few questions that I need some help on. Contest is this Saturday. I was planning on keeping water intake high(3gallons/day) until Thursday. Friday I would do 1 gallon and stop at 4pm and then start with dandelion root and other herbal direutics. Sodium I would keep at moderate until Friday and then cut it out all day friday. I was going to carb deplete all week until Friday at 5pm then start to load. Is this ok? Would anyone of you change anything? I need some help on the day off too. Not sure what to eat or what my water intake, sodium intake should be and use of diuerics. What do you eat for carbing up? Anyone with any tips here or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
