Need Help Please!!!!

Hi, Im 5'7" and only 120 lbs on a good day. I work out 5 times a week and seem to only gain strength and no size. I was wondering what would be the best way or best thing to help to get the size that I would like to have. Thank you for your help.
 
some glucose/protein post workout certainly will help you gain weight if you are a hard gainer.

Dont overdo it, your body may get used to produce too much insulin, developing reactive hypoglycemia.
 
this is what we are here for. Post exactly what you ate today. Everything, What you drank a pack of skittles, just watever you ate. This problem will be solved quick. i can already tell. :)
 
Probably need to eat much more. if you track your calories per day I bet you would be surprised at how little you eat.... Either that or you are just a super hard gainer or have a tape worm..

it is all about what you eat
 
yup, age and diet? you'd be surprised what you'd gain by upping an extra 500-1,000 calories per day (preferrably cleaner calories)

next to AAS, (perhaps even more so), FOOD is the most anabolic stuff there is!
 
im 18
today i ate breakfast-cheerios with a glass of oj and milk
lunch-2 pb and j sandwiches 3 glasses of water and banana
dinner- spaghetti and a chicken breast with 2 glasses of milk
other food-taco, cuban bread, and salad
 
ok bro, diet looks like a horses ass. It plain out sucks. Honestly you probally have about 70g of protien cugar carbs and shitty source of fat. You need to get some protien powder and eat you ass off. You always need to be full and nevr hungry. You should consume about 200g of protien ans alot of carbs and healthy fats. Plenty will chimme in and help you out

and go to the diet forum. you do NOT need steroids

Try to eat 5 square meals a day with ~40 grams of protein per meal. Go buy some whey protein and some weight gainer also.
 
Cheerios? Hopefully your eating a whole box and not 1 bowl.. But seriously, go with eggwhites in the morning and oatmeal.. Next meal protein shake or weightgainer shake. I add flaxseed oil or olive oil with it, extra fats.. Just 1 or 2 tablespoons.. Next 3-4 meals should be with steak,chicken,turkey,or fish(no lunch meat) Sweet potatoes and brown rice are good with those meals..Spaghetti would be ok too since you want to gain some weight.Down another protein shake before bed!

At 18, you don’t need gear, Your still growing


You can go to an orthopedic surgeon and have results finalized, but a lot of people keep growing in height in to their 20’s,


Once you start gear, and I would get off of it, pronto, you stop growing taller.
