need help please

i am currently trying to lose bf. i have been working out for 3 months, although i did take a year off. during that time, i got overweight and very sloppy. i am ready to start a cycle and would like any opinions. my question here is, would it be beneficial to do the an 8 week cutting cycle with cdk, followed with a 10 week bulk or do i just cut for 12 weeks using a regular diet? cycles would look like this:

8week cut
wks 1-8 50mg winnny/day
wks1-8 140mcg clen/ECA
wks 3-8 25mcg-100mcg T3

10week bulk
wk1-8 600mg test/wk
wk5-10 75mg fina/ed
wk1-13 .25mg l-dex/ed
wk11-13 clomid

cycle 2
12week cut
wk1-12 75mg fina/ed
wk5-12 50mg winny/ed
wk1-12 140mcg clen/ECA/ed
wk6-12 T3
wk13-15 clomid

as i said, just been working out for 3months after a year off the gym. have done two cycles in the past, consisting of a 6 week eod fina cycle and a 10week 500mg sust cyle. im around 220lbs, probably 25%bf. if i do the first cycle, is it possible to lose the bf in 8 weeks, with a cdk? or should i stick with the 12week cycle with a reg diet? any help would be appreciated- thanks
 
Get your training and diet in check naturally before jumping back on the gear.....no offense but 220 25% is very sloppy....you'll be much better off not using at this point.
 
first off, we cant tell you if you will need to bulk after the cutting cycle. You may need to cut some more. I would also put off using any AAS until you have been back into the game for a while. You should be able to cut quite a bit by adjusting your diet and training.
 
25% is pretty fat, i would incorporate a good amount of cardio into your current workout. get back down to around 18% naturally while establishing a good routine with the with the gym,diet,and then think about doing a cycle. 3 months isnt very long. after a year off your basically starting out a point 1 again.
 
Go natural till you get the weight down. Otherwise 8 weeks later you'll feel even worse because the gains won't outweigh the body fat which will still be high. 15-18% bf will let yourself know you are ready to cycle.
