Need help ....PLEASE!!!

all right, first i'll list all my stats then ask. i'm 5'8 204lbs 15%bf been lifting for 2 years straight, 5-6 days a week. i got 1 cycle of sust @250mg a week and dbol 30 mg ed, both for 7 weeks, under my belt.
My question is i'm planning my next cycle, and i know what gear i will use but i dont know if my supplements it too much or not enough.
this is what i was thinking of using
protien
myoplex or any meal replacement
betagen (glutamine&creatine)
ripped fuel
ginger root
multi vit
zma
cla
dhea-7 keto
fiber psy11
cytovol.
Is this ok or not. and if your wondering what my next cycle will be, its gonna be sust @500mg a week for weeks 1-10 and dbol 40mg a day for weeks 1-5. nolva in case of sides, and clomid for post.
 
I'll answer in order of supplements in what I think:
protein- get as much of it from real food as possible, shakes are second choice
creatine- i think it would be a good choice post cycle for the water retention, you're already going to be holding a shit load of water w/ the dbol and sust
ripped fuel- see no use for this since you're not cutting
ginger root- 1g w/ shakes or w/ high protein meals would be good idea IMO
ZMA= crap, get zinc seperate tab before bed, and use good multivitamin/minerals
CLA- dont' know much about it, for fats I think Flax is my fav.
Fiber- if you're not getting enough from your diet then yes supplement w/ it, if not why take it?
7-keto- never heard one good thing from this supplement either. And if you're not cutting why take it?

What I would recommend not listed:
ALA at 600mg/day
Milk Thistle for liver protection
Cranberry - for kidneys
Flaxseed oil
 
Protein @ 1.5-2g x bodyweight
MRP's - definitely unless you like to cook. Yes you need all the whole food proteins and vegetables you can get, but if you're like me there is no way to get enough from food.
Creatine - agree w/ risky
Ripped Fuel - agree w/ risky
Ginger Root - if everyone around you thinks you need it
ZMA - I like it personally
CLA - I prefer flax, better source of fats and cheaper
Fiber - agree w/ risky
DHEA - I have seen it included on some gainskeeper formulas, post cycle.
multi vit - definitely
Cytovol/Betagin - overpriced, just get some Creatine/Glutamine/Taurine combo powder from Optimum Nutrition
 
If you have any concern for essential organs in your body take the Milk Thistle and or ALA. Dbol is not exactly liver friendly. And since many people report kidney (or lower back pain) w/ dbol taking the cranberry wouldn't be such a bad idea either.

Steroids do work. But they are not the ultimate solution to everything. There are supplements that do work and can be used in conjunction w/ your cycle. Either during or post. For maximal gains, organ protection, keeping gains post cycle, etc etc etc. there is room for supplements. They are not all ineffective or unnecessary. Even for enhancing gains.
 
you don't need any of those supps if you have the gear and diet covered-it's just wasting $

Some supps can probably be left out if $$ is scarce, but I would hate to know I spent $$ on a gear cycle and didn't get enough food intake, especially protein. If you can get 200-300 or more g protein eating whole foods then thats great, but I can't do it. No way would I start a cycle without MRP's and protein powder

throw some deca in with your next cycle help retain some of your gains from the dbol and sus. if you taking dbol why are you taking ripped fuel at the same time. kindof defeats the purpose
 
of course i'm gonna eat a clean diet of 3500-4000 clean cals. i'll take in about 250 grams of protien. the ripped fuel i take just for energy. and as far as taking deca, i was thinking about it but its just my 2nd cycle. i want to see what reaction i have to moderate simple cycles. i dont want to screw myself up so soon. i know i'll eventually try deca, but not yet. as far as just a waste of cash its not even that much. my mother is a nutritionist. she sells natural products. she is going to send it all to me for free:D . the only thing i got to but is the gear 250.00 and protein, MRS, creatine,and glutamine 250.00 for 3 mounths supply. so you see its not that much cash.500.00 bones for a complete 10 week cycle except food.;)
