i was juicing last year ,and this year until the summer ,all the cycles were bulk ,i was out for 3 monts while juicing ,i hurted my shoulder ,now im back and the shoulder is doing fine .
what i want to ask is should i workout a bit before i go back juicing ?
and what supplements should i take for being out so long ,i know protein powder i have some creatine and Glut
i have never been in this sittution before being out so long ,go i missed it
