Need help on my workout

day 1 - legs/shoulders
day 2 - Back/Bi
day 3 - Chest , Tri , forearms
day 4 - rest
Then repeat... someone told me that doing back and bi's in the same day is very bad. been doing this for about 3 months now was wondering if it was bad or not. thanks for the help
 
They may have said it was bad because a lot of back lifts also work your biceps (and vice versa). Therefore, your biceps are fatigued from back exercises and will not allow you to lift your maximum weight when you work them. This is the same reason many bodybuilders DO train back+bis on the same day...you basically get double the pump, and it saves a lot of time. I'm not sure who's right and who isn't, but I have basically the same workout routine as you ('cept forearms on day2) o_O Chest + tris work the same way.

So yea, I'm a strong believer in back + bis together and chest + tris together, though I'm not saying I know I'm right.

Before we give you advice, we need to know stats? diet? goals? a lot more info.

Also, legs and shoulders on the same day?

Legs should be a day on its own

What about traps?

Why dnt you try bis and tris on the same day?
 
Day 1: Chest & Bi's
Day 2: Back & Tri's
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Shoulders (includes traps) & Forearms
Day 5: Quads, Hams, & Calves
Repeat

Your Right that was my fault, Im waiting on my Lipo stack to come in and the doctors on the 10th to get all my blood levels, BF , Body type all that done, gonna start cutting once the lipo comes in. I forgot to mention i do traps on shoulder day. I do legs and shoulders on the same day because i usually play BBall everyday so i get a workout on my legs all the time so when i do legs i just do basics , Legs curls , Leg presses , squats. so my goal now is to get cut gonna post my diet on the fourms once i get my BF and stuff done on the 10th. thanks for the responses
