Need help on GH cycle

I'm getting ready to start a GH cycle nect week. This is my first time on GH and need information on the insulin dosages. Also GH dosages. I've heard diff things re: 4iu vs 8iu to be effective. How mush insulin and how much GH? Can I combine them in the same injection? Seems like I could.

PS - I'm already 1 week into a Test/D-Bol cycle.
