Need help on clearing up nasty breakouts.

How do I clear up these nasty breakouts on my back and arms. Been on tests for several months, hit the sust and my body exploded. Unfortunately so did my back and arms with zits. Tried acne soap, scrubbing with alcohol, and witch hazel. Not working, or not working fast enough. Has anyone had better results getting rid of it...QUICK?!?!
