yes there is a reason for all the activity. i will be going through some stuff at work that requires it non stop for 6 months. thats why i had so much own body weight exercise's in there. there will be no lifting for the 6 months. it's all running, swimming and own body weight activity. around the clock. thats why i'm trying to get my lower extremities used to it now. and also the push-ups, pull-up's, sit-ups flutter kicks etc.......i added the weight lifting just to keep muscle endurance up and plus i love to lift. suggestions open
