need help on clean diet

yes there is a reason for all the activity. i will be going through some stuff at work that requires it non stop for 6 months. thats why i had so much own body weight exercise's in there. there will be no lifting for the 6 months. it's all running, swimming and own body weight activity. around the clock. thats why i'm trying to get my lower extremities used to it now. and also the push-ups, pull-up's, sit-ups flutter kicks etc.......i added the weight lifting just to keep muscle endurance up and plus i love to lift. suggestions open
 
Interval fat burning. Start out at 20 min max. Do warm up and cool down 2min each. In between you would do 1 min on high intensity and 2 min low intensity alternating for total 16 min. You can eventually work your way up to 30 or 40 min total dependent on how much muscle you want to maintain or fat you want to lose. This system work great for me because it causes minimal muscle loss. I do it at 530am, 4 days a week, unless I'm trying to bulk up.
