Do you have an approach you can lay out?

What is a bodyweight workout at lunch????

Seems like you are trying to do too much activity all at once. JMO.

SC,
heres my exercise layout as of now. i'm going to need a high calorie intake. to keep me going through the day.

4 30 am- run 4-6 miles do abdominal workout afterwards (i'm going to try and work up to around 40-50 miles a week.

6 am breakfast

10 30 snack

12pm gym for 50mins to do push-ups, sit-ups, pull ups and if time allows run 2 miles in pants and boots

3 30pm snack

4pm back to gym for weight workout for one to 1.5 hours. i lift high reps and lower weight for endurance

at 6 30 swim for 1- 1.5 hours. bike there if i have the time which is 6 miles one way.

then dinner at 8 30

thanks for your help. open to suggestions. i know it's a lot but i'm about to get into some training that requires it and more. i'm going for all endurance and stamina.

this is just my 2 cents and im no guru, but i think you have way too much activity to be doing that every day. youre gonna fry your nervous system. if you are doing all that work to burn calories, your probably better off cutting the activity in half, along with calories.

Yeah I agree. I know my body and I wouldnt be able to endure all that in one day everyday. I need all the time off that I can just to get my mindset back into gym mode.

drop the body weight workout, you dont want to use up any energy that you would be using during your gym workout. and there is no need to do the 4-6 mile run, AND swim/bike either. when i did my cutting cycle, i worked out Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri, and did my cardio on Wed, Sat, and Sun. Lost about 15 pounds of body fat in 2 months. is there a reason for doing all that activity? if its just to burn calories, you need to just not eat as many calories, and drop half of the activity you do.
