Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I have been lifting for 6 years and have tried alot of different workouts. but never during a cycle. im looking for a change in my workout. anyone have any ideas on workouts or a place where i can find a new workout? preferrably a 5 day split. 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off or should i have a diferent schedule.
