hey guys
ive been trying to look for somethin that explains how to develop a nice solid line under the chest area {lower chest under the nipple towards the back}
ive been told to do everything from decline presses, to flat flyes , dips at an angle and althou i seen some results.....i dont kno exactly which is best for what i want.....

PS im 6'1 238 bf about 15 to 20 percent dont kno exactly...ill post some pics once i figure out how to
thanx

I kind of doubt the effectiveness of decline bench. You'll be able to make your chest bigger doing a lot of chest exercies but you wont see the line until you lower bodyfat like ChewYxRage stated.

hmm............that means i got a lot of work ahead of me .....i hoped for a better answer.......i guess theres no easy way

Yeah, you're only able to add size to your chest. The lines that show definintion come with diet and cardio.

Dips on the V - shape handles!

Lower your BF to see the muscles

I don't think the fact that you're doing dips slowly is the key factor; anyone's chest should look much better after 2 years of training time. In 2 years you could add 100-200 lbs to your bench press, so of course your chest will look much different.
