Hey guys I have a quick question. I am on a very clean eating diet right now.

I eat probably 2 chicken breats a day and a steak for dinner with a salad with a lite dressing...grilled of course. Some good vegetables and probably 3 protien shakes a day with 40 grams in each. I drink about a gallon of water a day too.

Right now I am currently 6' 200lbs with a body fat of 10%. I also do probably 3-4 days of good cardio a week for 30 minutes.

If I go on Hydroxycut or Xenadrine will I be able to shed my bodyfat faster or not? I would appreciate anyone who can help me out here.
 
Yes, thermogenics will help. If you want to burn fat even faster switch to High Intensity Interval Training, such as switching between sprinting and jogging/walking. But either way, either one will help with your efforts and by the way, your diet looks pretty good except if possible use less shakes/more food. Good luck
