First thing you need to do is get off your ass and quit feeling sorry for youself. Clean up you diet and do some cardio. Stay away from the drugs. Winstrol is not going to make you lose any fat anyway. Like everyone is saying, cardio and diet that's what it is going to take to lose the fat.
