i know i asked a general question, i did because i am new to this site and didnt want to speak out of school .
im 6'2 270 about 10 % bodyfat 30 yrs old and have done 4 cycles in the past.
250 MGS OF SUST AND 200 MGS OF DEC a week for 12 weeks i have also used winny,i have been training for15 yrs.
I realalize this is not nearly enough but im ready to crank it up a notch!
Personal bests are 535 bp 650 sq and 600 dl
