need help from pc gooroo

my computer is loaded with viruses! THIS JUST HAPPENED! got cant even click on my mouse without pop ups taking over!!! i have a mac but running windows through bootcamp... help??

Restart the system and immediatdely start hitting F8. Hit F8 until you hear a beeping noise. Log into Safe Mode w/networking. Go to www.downloads .com or filehippo.com and download adaware of spybot. Make sure to update the DAT files by selecting the UPdate button in either or both. By starting in safe mode the Virus executables will not start automatically and you can delete them easier.

AdWare doesn't remove viruses - only spyware.

You need an anti-virus too. Get AVG since it is free.

Limewire is notorious for this. Stay away from that shit.

i downloaded 3 diffrent pop up blockers from download.com i dont have as much but still get a few... i think im going to start using mac? really sucks ive been using windows for over 10 years!
