Need help for my first cycle + PCT

Hi guys,

I'm 23 years old, about 6'4, 160 pounds (muscles). I've been training for a solid 5 years I'm trying to do a lot of research but english is my 3rd language and I'm having hard time keeping up.

My "friend" got me some deca 450 + sust 250 and then "disappeared".. I've been trying to get some PCT products and advices but no one seems willing to help me :(

I was just wondering if someone can help me build my first cycle. I couldn't get my hand on test so I guess my first cycle is gonna be sust.

What makes more scared is the PCT... I have no idea about what to take to recover and I don't want to have a deca-dick or mess up my body.. All I want is to gain 30lbs and try to keep it by working out every day after my cycle.

Thanks guys and sorry for being a noob, it's just hard to figure out everything.. I'm already having hard time finding my words in english and with all this steroids vocab i'm literally lost.

At 160 pounds and 23 yrs old what you need is a diet check. Obviously something is not working for you in the diet and training area if you are not above 160. That is scrawny bro.

Post up your diet and lifting schedule along with the weights you are using then we can better assist you.

For the time being do not take any steroids and PS Deca for a first cycle is the worst idea ever!!!!!!!
 
I have to agree with Texas Monster here. Your diet must be way off. But post everything Texas Monster asked you to and we can get you going in the right direction.

But guys, let's focus on the reason why I came here. I'm going to fix my diet that's for sure. But the reason I posted this thread is because I need someone to help make a cycle plan + PCT plan. Please be patient with me, even though I learn pretty fast. I just need to know how exactly I should proceed and where to get PCT drugs online (a legit website).

If you're local in South Fl, I'm willing to meet and pay you for your advices.... or I can make a small donation by PayPal. I just need help because I don't trust people around me. I go to a gym in my building so I don't really know people that use steroids.

DO NOT ask people to "meet with you" and sell you shit. That is SO DUMB and you are just asking to get ripped the fuck off. There are scammers everywhere. Not many on this site, but there are deff people that would jump on the opportunity to "meet up with you"

I agree 100% with them^, you are 6'4" and 160lbs!?!?!?!?!? dude that's ridiculous you should not even think about steroids!!!
 
dude you are 23 years old.. time to grow up and start eating like a man. mcchicken and fries? seriously? that is what an 8 year old would eat when his parents take him to mcdonalds to play on the swing set there. then you have like 3 or 4 shakes/protein bars a day and pizza??? nothing in there is muscle building food. steak is way too fatty unless you buy prime cuts which i doubt you are.

a man who wants to bulk's breakfast would be 3-4 scrambled cage free eggs in olive oil, some ezekial bread, some pancakes from scratch with honey.. and a turkey, lettuce sandwich on rye bread. read my bulker diet in my signature below (notice its all WHOLE FOODS and not shakes) and follow that for another year and you should be over 200 pounds combined with working out

if you are still eating fast food then you are definately not ready for hormones.
 
Rework ur diet and u'll make some serious gains. If u start eating 50 to 75 grams of lean meat and similar grams of good carbs for all ur meals with a little good fats, u'll get the gains u want without juice. At that size u'll be making a mistake taking steroids. Dont waste ur money, save that stuff for later once u get a solid base to build on.

What's ur lifting routine look like?

Wow that diet is horrible.

Now u said you will work on the diet but guess what this is going to take 2-5 years to work on. Hitting your diet spot on in order to grow/shred takes a lot of hours in the gym and gaining that mind muscle/body connection.

If you hit the roids now this is what is going to happen in this order:

1) You will start to make gains but they will be sloppy and look mainly like water has been pumped into you.
2) You will start to notice side effects but keep going because you are new and like the new "gains" you are making.
3) You start a solid PCT, but since you did not have any foundation your strength gains quickly vanish.
4) Staying in the same workout routine becomes impossible and you stop lifting with the same intensity as on cycle.
5) By now you have lost all of your "gains" on cycle. You are back at square one and now instead of worrying about getting your diet in check you are having to worry about recoverying and trying to raise your natural Test levels. This will be extrememley difficult though because you stop lifting and that is what is going to raise your test levels in pct with conjuction of PCT supps.
6) You get blood work done and find out that you have scewed your natural test levels and are looking at months to getting them back up with proper diet and training which you should of been doing in the first place.
7) By now you realize you have made the biggest mistake of your life and have to face the uphill battle up restoring your HPTA and overall health.
8) You are facing all of these setbacks during the years of your life when you should be focusing on your career, Girls, and Money.

Case in point do not touch the juice.
