Need help for cycle

Hi every one, now i thinking who better for lean bulk cycle, need to gain avarage 30lb for this.
what better?
Primo ,EQ , Test E or Primo, Deca, Test E. for 12w?
 
In order for us to assist you we need age, number of yrs training, weight...etc

174cm/165lb, age 21, low bf, 3 years of training:), i have good str bench press 130...., now wanna bicome harder look lean mass but massive.
Test E 500, EQ 400, primo 400 in weak. same ass deca
 
Train naturally for another 3 years at least before touching the sauce. You have much more room to grow if uyour only 165. You should get to at least 200 before starting a cycle. What's your diet like?

Test & deca is a good mass builder, if you never done gear i would do test only to see how your body reacts to it before adding another compound.

Here's your advice? matches people weight at that time, 72-80kg in low bf, as exercising 3-4 years, I had to phenyl, T propionate cycle ... would like to get advice about 30lb gain for cycle, can answer? What do I granted a prima 400/bolda400/test E-500?
 
You will not gain 30lbs on a cycle. Your diet was not specific enough. What are the macro's of your 'bulk diet'?
And wait at least another 3 years before doing a cycle. You have tons of room to grow. 3 years is not a lot of time to be training.
 
what can I expect? for this cycle? My plan for eating on average 3800kcl and 2-3gr/kg protein, you can turn for a good mass cycle? maybe phenyl / t Prop / master? 3 weeks, d-bol
 
No one can answer that! We have no idea about your lifestyle,diet,training...etc

walking three to four times a week to training, eating bad now, but I plan to cycle "Primo, EQ, Etna: or, I want to receive a course of 20-30lb, my diet will be mass production, my eating plan around the course;

7:15 Shake 15g Xtend (bcca)
7:45 4-5 eggs and rice 100gr
9:00 Animal Pak (vitamins and ...)
10:00 yoghurt 350gr and 180gr witch curd bannana (mix)
12:30 100gr macaroni, chicken krutinele100-150gm and salad
15:00 as the time riesutai.raisin or something like that
16:40 100gr rice or other things, what with the carbs and protein shake with milk (30gr whey protein, milk 300ml)
18:00 Xtend 10gr (BCAA)
18:20 treining, treining in drinking water with some Glukoza IAA (9 amino acid)
19:35 After treining Whey Protein Same 30gram with 300ml milk some bannana
20:30 100grm chicken breasts with some 50gr rice salad, and drink some calcium, zinc, fish oil.
22:30 curd with water alone: DD ..
23.30-24.00 Dringis glutamine 10-15gr, and go ZZZZ;

now I have 3 courses to be formed are able to determine what I need, I want bigger but with the form, me dream in Arms 2-3cm muscle; ppp me fast metabolism, now i am 174cm and 74kg.

Test E-500, EQ 400 EW, and last 6 weeks master 350, the first 3 weeks dbol 20mg

You're a muscular lil guy that cycle could easily put close to 14-18 lbs on you.90% is Diet
