Does GLUTAMINE or GLUCOSESAMINE have any affect on the CKD?

If you can only get in a 1:1 ratio of fat - protien is that not enough fat for the CKD to work proplerly?

Since my body fat level is a little high, is skipping my CARB UP day going to affect my workout on the following week? (instead of skipping the CARB UP day should just do a 12hour carb up?)

Is it okay to be taking 300calories less than 11times body wieght?

Are r-ALA's affective with the CKD diet?

two different products, glutamine can interrupt ketosis or prevent you from entering ketosis, that's bad
Glucosesamine can do the same for some, but for most it will not do much

that's fine, as long as 1:1 is in g

I would suggest going into CKD by doing 2 weeks of straight ketosis w/o a carb-up, then start carbing up every 6 days

if you're a male that might be TOO drastic and will most likely put you in starvation

what kind of calorie reduction would be substantial for a 5"11 220lbs 15-20%bdyfat?

and those R-ALA stuff? =)

thnx

stick to the basics, weight x 11 or 12 +/- 5% daily to surprise your metabolic rate
READ My CKD MANUAL, and DOWNLOAD THE CKD-easy to use worksheet, it does it all for you
