I just received my r-ala. My question is when do you take it before are after carb meals. I was debating on which I should take r-ala and ala I went with r-ala. I got the r-ala from af and not sure how much to take at each carb meal. Here is my Meal plan:
1. Meal: 2 cups of Oatmeal, cottage cheese
2. Meal: Chicken, steak, or fish, veggies
3. Meal: Peanut butter, Protein bar or Protein shake
4. Meal: 2 cans Tuna,
workout
5. Meal: Protein shake, and a carb drink
6. Meal: Chicken, steak, or fish, veggies
Before bed
7. Meal: Protein shake
Should I add any more to the diet
