Hi well im 20 and im in on my 5th week in my cycle.
1st week 300mgs deca
2nd week 450 deca
3rd week 450 deca
4th week 450 deca
My problem is that i have puffy and saggy nipples now and i think i have a small lump. What can i do to get rid of that and what is the safest way to get off of my cycle..or what should i even do. I heard that Dosinex or something like that is supposed to be a good anti-progesterone, but i can not seem to get a hold of anyone that can get it. Also is there any over the counter things i can use to get rid of it? Thank you so much, i really appreciate it!!!

as far as OTC you can try Vitex (chaste berry) its available in any nutrition or health food store. Some people have luck with it...others dont. you need to take a good amount of it something like 3-6 pills a day (around 2500 mgs if I recall) do a search or maybe someone else will know. Nolvadex (tamoxifen) always works for me. Good Luck!

I heard that nolvadex doesnt work with deca? Does liquidex work as an anti progesterone as well as an anti estrogen?

I've always been curious about how to deal with these side effects with Deca, especially since I'm considering it for a future cycle.

bump for some answers.

The side effects are related to an excess of prolactin.

Here is some info on Dostinex:

Drugs Approved by the FDA

Drug Name: Dostinex Tablets (cabergoline tablets)

The following information is obtained from various newswires, published medical journal articles, and medical conference presentations.

Company: Pharmacia & Upjohn
Approval Status: Approved January 1997
Treatment for: hyperprolactinemic disorders

General Information
Dostinex has been approved for the treatment of hyperprolactinemic disorders, either idiopathic or due to pituitary adenomas (tumors).

Clinical Results
In a clinical trial involving approximately 450 subjects, Dostinex was compared with bromocriptine in treating hyperporlactinemia. In the eight-week, double blind trial, prolactin levels returned to normal in 77% of subjects treated with Dostinex (0.5mg twice weekly) compared to 59% of those treated with bromocriptine (2.5 mg twice-daily). Restoration of menses occurred in 77% of women treated with Dostinex, compared to 70% of those treated with bromocriptine.

Among subjects with galactorrhea (excessive breast milk discharge), the symptom disappeared in 73% of those treated with Dostinex, compared to 56% of 231 subjects taking bromocriptine.

Side Effects
Clinical studies also showed the safety profile of Dostinex compares favorably to bromocriptine. Two percent of 221 subjects taking Dostinex discontinued treatment due to side effects during the eight-week study, versus six percent of 231 subjects taking bromocriptine.

Nausea is the most common side effect of both drugs. During the eight-week, double-blinded portion of the trial, 29% of subjects experienced nausea with Dostinex compared with 43% of those taking bromocriptine.

Dostinex is contraindicated in subjects with uncontrolled hypertension or known hypersensitivity to ergot derivatives.

I just bumped my thread on Hyperprolactinemia for your reference.

This kills me when peo don't do research, you should have known what to expect side wise and been prepaired.

Do a search, also some of the research companies carry, the Vitex above is good advice. I am prone to gyno from deca/tren and use it as a preventative, start with about 3500mg daily and until you get your hands on bromo or dostinex as they are the only sure cure, vitex is like arimidex for test a good preventative but not a relief, have everything on hand next time and research more.
