Need gyno symptom advice please.

I injected 500ml test prop 5 days ago. First three days felt good but now iam retaining water, chest feels sensitive not so much the nip but like a burning feeling inside the pec behind the nip, and today couldnt get my penis hard( very unusual for me). My Friend says to take it every 7th day. I have done some Research and it conflicts with my friends advice. I know i should have planned this better but some advice please on these symptoms? Since ive stopped everything only took the one shot. I bought some over the counter estrogen suppressor " Formexx Black" but have been on two days with no improvements. Any advice will be appreciated.

Prop should be every other day injections to everyday. What are ur stats age height weight bf% odd have so many symptoms from 1 shot even at that high a dosage. Get an ai from a chemical research site
