Alright, so I'm currently running N2KTS (God in powder form) and Animal M-stak pre workout. The N2KTS has Monohydrate in it so that eliminates my need for the 5g I used to take as a simple post workout.
So, long story short, I am looking for a solid non-anabolic post workout that does not add any extra creatine to my body. I'm sure Need to build muscle has something and I'm just missing it, but I would like some reccomendations.
And I refuse to drink muscle milk, the fat content is simply too high for my taste.
