Need exercise suggestions for upper chest & lats

i am doing a cutting phase currently, starting to see how some of my work over the winter paid off.... I didn't develop my upper chest as well as the lower portion, and my lats are tiny even though I was doing deadlifts.

when I start putting on muscle again in a few months what would be some good exercises to add to improve these two areas?

I did incline bench presses for upper chest, but thats all... would close grips with well for this area? I have done a few wide grip pull downs recently just to test them out, seem like they work the lat area decently (all i have done for pullups is close grip up until now, cant even pull myself up with a wide grip).
 
Chest.
Incline bench
Incline DB presses

Back.
Deads
Barbell Rows
Pullups (Since you can't do them, do assisted negatives. You will get stronger.)
 
I've been doing those already.

Will anything other than incline benches help develop the upper chest?

already do deads, bent rows, and pullups, but will a wide grip on all these exercises benefit the lats?
 
Dips will get the UPPER chest? cool...I didn't concentrate on inclines nearly as much as regular benches, i'll try to concentrate on them more after i finish cutting some.

Weighted dips are the stuff!
