Need DNP Advice???

I've researched it for quite a while now and im an expierenced bodybuilder. I've got all the proper supp's to take while on, but im leary on two things.

1.) Im getting mixed anwsers on the muscle loss. Some say they lose muscle and some say they don't. I think some people don't know the diff between muscle, fat and water. So for you expierenced guys, do you lose muscle if your diet is followed the right way. Also i'll be on 500mg test and 400mg eq and 2iu's of HGH while on the DNP.

2.) My other ? is, some say you get a rebound effect. Im already fairly lean right now. About 5'10" 220lbs around 11% and plan on starting a big AAS cycle soon. A lean bulker. I want to run my dnp for 12 days at 200mg the first 6 and 400 the last 6. Then a few weeks later, i'll start my lean bulk cycle. Is there a big fat rebound gain, cuz if so its not worth it.

I too am interested on the muslce loss aspect of it.... I have read quite a few dnp journals satch that suggest it isn't over rated and that it works great.... are you saying it's over rated because of sacrificing your health for rapid fat loss?
 
I think the rebound effect depends on your body type.... You say you are Ectomorphic, so rebound shouldn't be as bad as for someone who is Endomorphic..... I agree with Satch Btw.... I've done DNP several times, and it never works as well as I think it's gonna.... The sides for me were really bad, or I should say the HEAT/INSOMNIA was really bad.... I was just always hot, even outside in winter wind blowing, I was hot.... Then after all the heat and insomina, it didn't give the results I thought it was gonna.... I also now think that DNP fucked up my natural metabolism.... I found it harder to lose fat without drugs after using DNP.... I would do Clen/T3 over DNP anyday.... I've gotten much more signifigant results from T3 over DNP, but that's just me....

I am sure you can search for my DNP threads. The muscle loss does occur, BUT you are also deflated so fast it will day weeks after for you to return to some form of volume in the tissues. Thjis is that water part. The actual tissue loss, shit, by the end you are just happoy to be alive, you won't care if you lose an inch off your biceps and two off the thighs like i did.

you are at 11% and thinking about taking dnp? wow dude, you are playing fast and loose with your body. the rebound effect doe not happen too often, never did with me, but i do know a guy that ended up with a little gut in the three months following his cycle of 400/day for 18 days.
 
Im definatley not an ecto. More of a meso/endo, so im sure i'll get some sort of rebound. It seems like a lot of bro expierence some muslce loss, and im not looking for that at all. Even 2lbs is too much muscle loss for me. I am basically at a point now, that if I get any leaner I feel abosultey aweful. No sex drive, tired all the time, sluggish, weak,etc.. and thats with 400mg test/400mg eq. I guess my bodytype wasnt meant to get any leaner unless I do a contest or something. I just figured DNP would give me the results I was looking for without feeling like shit when my B/F gets too low from a hardcore diet with an eca or T3j/clen

Sorry, I thought you said you were Ecto, but yeah you will prob rebound after stopping the DNP.... As for feeling like shit, DNP def makes you feel like that... Best way to explain it is like being on a zero carb diet, but your still eating carbs.... You feel sluggish, Hot, lazy, lifting is difficult.... This is how it was for me anyways.... I would say do ECA for a few weeks... ECA and a strict diet gets me lean, and I'm pretty Endo....

11% bodyfat isn't high at all. I dont know what % you wanna be at, but I think you should try a good cutting diet and maybe ECA stack or clen and a cardio routine for about 6wks and see if you don't get the results you want that way. Man, I've never tried DNP, and there is nothing in this world that would get me to try it. I've also never seen it on any of my price list, and I think that's because most good sources don't wanna sell something that will kill a few of their customers. I hope you've done alot of research on what that chemical ( yes, it's a chemical) is, it's complete history and what it was originally used for, and some of the stuff that has happened to people who've used it. I seriously don't understand how anyone could be at all in the know about that stuff and still use it. At 11% I think you could easily get the look you want with a thermogenic product or two along with the Hgh you're taking. If you're just bound and determined to do the DNP though, then all I can say is be careful and goodluck.
