My cycle is currently like this
week 1: 1000mg sust, 40mg ED of anavar
Week2: same as week 1
Week 3-4: 500mg sust per week and 40mg ED anavar
Week 4-6: 500mh sust per week
Week 6-8: 500mg sust per week and 50mg winny ED
Weeks 8-10 50mg winny ED
week 11: 50mg Winny ED
Week 12-15 clomid therapy
I'm 5'10, 220lbs about 13% bodyfat. training for 7 years, this is my 3rd cycle, i'm not using this to get huge or pack on 20lbs as u can tell but i do want about 10quality pounds out of it, and to harden up a BIT....so can anyone suggest a detailed meal plan for me to put on quality size while slightly leaning out ( i only say slighty because i'm doin a cutting cycle soon).
Currently I'm eating between 250-300grams of protein per day split into about 8 servings and only about 150 grams of carbs. My only fat intake comes from udos choice oils, adams all natural peanut butter and beef fats.
