Need Cardio help

I am thinking of doing a BBing show in June...I was injured in December and training was pushed back but I am completely heathly now, lifting like a mad man. My BF is around 18%....do you cardio kings think I can get down to that 6-7% by the 2nd week in June?
 
dieting down takes more than just cardio

you need to get your shit together today (diet, training, posing, cardio, supps) if you think you want to compete at that time
 
Oh I know...I trained for this show last year except I was a lower BF at this point. I was wondering if it is possible without wasting all my muscle to lose that much BF that quiclkly
 
i personally think that it's alot to try to lose in that amount of time
I would look at how your body reacted last year during prep
 
Yeah I agree that it is a lot...I just don't want to kill myself for 2 months to fall short so i was hoping for some feedback of people who have pulled this off before. I'll take a close look at the exact amount of time as wellas the supplements to see if I can make it happen.
