I am thinking of doing a BBing show in June...I was injured in December and training was pushed back but I am completely heathly now, lifting like a mad man. My BF is around 18%....do you cardio kings think I can get down to that 6-7% by the 2nd week in June?
Oh I know...I trained for this show last year except I was a lower BF at this point. I was wondering if it is possible without wasting all my muscle to lose that much BF that quiclkly
Yeah I agree that it is a lot...I just don't want to kill myself for 2 months to fall short so i was hoping for some feedback of people who have pulled this off before. I'll take a close look at the exact amount of time as wellas the supplements to see if I can make it happen.
