I come off cycle in two weeks and have my post cycle setup and will not immediately move into a cutting cycle.
My stats are 6'3" ~235 15%
I have two weeks left on my tren only cycle. I have been keeping my calories at over 4000 with protein around 300g.
235-240 is a weight I am comfortable at for 15% bodyfat as I intend to be around 220 8% in May.
I have a very intense training regmine of sprinting 3x/week and 4 days of powerlifting/week. My question is how should I construct my diet to support my level of activity and maintain lbm so so I can be at 220 8% by may. I am looking to clean the fat off in the most efficient way possible while not killing my libido and losing all the muscle and strength I have worked so hard for (up from 201lbs same bf).
I have been unsuccessful in maintaining my LBM gains in the past so I really need a solid program this time. Maintaining libido is a pre-requisit also.
Standard supplements are my multivitamin, fish and flax oils.
