Been in training for three years:
Done a few cycles of sus 300 one vial of deca, just dumping a ton of protein, true mass, N.O Explode for pre workout and cellmass before bed time.
Taking one shake in the morning and one right after work out. Using 2%milk... Hate cardio but like doing core training an heavy weights......
Using what I'm using: how can I explode in size and strength, really more concerned about size getting bigger all around....... Any help is awesome.......
