I want to start by saying hello to everyone and Thank you for your feed back...OK now here's the question.....I have used gear before and I am 31 years old..last time I took anything was about 7 years ago..since then I have been in the gym but everything came to a complete stop about 5 years (new job, wife, kid etc..etc..etc..) OK so I am starting another job soon as a Corrections officer and I will be back in the gym full time...so what I would like to know is what if any should I start with...I was thinking oral..since it would be easier. my current weight is 250 I gained about 25lbs from not being in the gym...Please if you are going to flame DON'T RESPOND...I am here for suggestions...Thank you again....

what are u trying to do here ..lose weight and bf i assume??? cardio and diet is most important with this, i hope u know
 
I hate waiting to respond for 600 secs..how silly.....anyway to answer you...Yes to both and I know and understand all about how important cardio and a diet is...I will be running an insane amount in the academy as well as weight lifting....I am not looking to jump right into anything. I am looking for suggestions..should I wait a month to see where I am (cardio and training wise)? Also any suggestions as to what supplements I should be taking? Please forgive my lack of knowledge
 
ummm whats your body fat %? do u have any idea? this is more important .. i would get my diet and training in check and also lose some weight before i even considered touching steriods ..

And don't worry anout lack of knowledge, we all start somewhere. I still learn every day.

Here's my suggestion(s):

Post diet
Post training routine
Supps? Start with a multi vitamin, BCAA's and Glutamine.

agree....the building blocks of muscle supplement wise are 1. protien(isolate)
2. multi-vitamin

these two things are the fundamentals of supps.
 
I would def. wait my brother, esp. if your academy is a live in para-military academy for 6-8 weeks,,, as you will not have much free time to eat or lift as you should.... diet and train natty till after the academy thennnn think about. trust me brother i have a lil knowledge about your new chosen career :qt: welcome aboard future hack
 
Thanks for all the great responses! I will get my diet in check find out my BF% and work from there. What is a BCAA vitamin and what are you suggestions on brand..Anyone in particular?

BCAA stands for Branch Chained Amino Acid. The Cliff Note Version is that it preserves the pump of the muscle.

I use Apex.
