If you feel you must, and are lucky enough to live in the USA in a state that doesn't have tight-ass supplement regulations, head out to a good nutrition store (NOT GNC!!!) and pick yourself up a bottle of 19-nor. I've used Dymatize brand, and it was good...get it if you can. Then, take two caps a day (even if they tell you to take one: one with breakfast, one with dinner. That's your best bet supplement-wise. But, the guys who replied earlier are right. If you just stick with the test, and suck back a ton of extra protein, you'll grow very nicely if you're busting your ass in the gym.
