you got a point bigdelt69 but....

when you have not even the basic knowledge of anabolics mabey you should listen a while first

heres a link to my first post here and they flamed me hard when it was obvious i had read and had experience with anabolics and had basic knowledge and understanding

if we let stuff like this go without at least a little teasin some 16 yr old is gonna screw himself up thinking he knows what hes doin

but yeah i try to be nice but then again this could have been a joke(it was that bad of a question) right?

Hey if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen. We have all been flamed here, so dont take it personal. It kind of like when you were a freshman in HS and the senoirs picke don you. It will only make you stronger. If vets didnt keep the newbies in line we would see the same fucking questions everyday just taking up board space. Dont be so sensitive and put on a little thicker skin when you play at our board. We all want to help, but we dont want to hold everyones hand!
 
I guess your right, if everyone would just research the boards before posting then....we would have alot less bullshit post.

BTW-my freshman year sucked ass!

There was this one time at the gym, I was doing heavy and rather serious deadlifts. I was wearing nothing but plaid socks hicked up to my knees, which most of the members at my gym don't seem to mind. The ones located behind me don't seem to like it when I go deep and bend at the waist though for some reason. Anyway, I started to get very sweaty and thought it might be a good idea to clean myself off at the water fountain with some soap I had handily tucked snugly away in my sock. So, I lathered myself up extensively - focusing primarily on the genitalia of course - and decided it very well might be fun if I were to take that opportunity to work on an exercise I affectionately call "ass-optimizers". To perform the exercise, one simply takes a 45lb plate (or lighter if you don't feel you can handle such a heavy load) and crams it tightly between their ass cheeks. You then squeeze with every ounce of power you harbor in your posterior in an attempt to hold the plate there for as long as possible. My anus was feeling especially strong that day so I felt that the added challenge of the slippery soap smeared about my rectum would provide a welcome challenge. Let me tell you, I normally practice this particular exercise in my home, or sometimes at the zoo, but it really paid off doing it in my gym. I had a crowd gathered around me cheering me on. I felt like the hero in some Greek myth. I gave those socks to a young girl in the crowd in the hope that they would provide her with the inspiration to give life her very best.
