I have just got my AI gear ( a little late I know)

I have developed a small lump under my nipple so keep that in mind if you have any recommended dosages

start prami at .25mg ED right before bed and bump to .5mg if the sides aren't horrible after about a week... be aggressive with the aromasin... start at 12.5mg ED...

^^^^^^^This is EXACTLY how not to do a cycle ,Using Tren on a first cycle....12 weeks in and AI'S just arriving with gyno already on the scene.

Follow Dylans advice bro and take a smarter approach to your next cycle.

Am nearly afraid to ask what you have for PCT .

great advice above but I have to add... PLEASE stop the tren now. Use the prami and let the tren clear and then get ready to start pct.

What are your plans for the rest of the cycle and pct?

Thank guys. I read and read and read to make sure i do a good cycle and do it safely. But like I said being new to this I did not know about the AI's until i saw somebody mention them. I've had caber the whole time but I feel it is bunk. As for the lump. It's not like what other people describe theirs as. Its small and isn't too sensitive to the touch. I just joined this site and never asked any questions on other forums because I don't like how they treat new guys. I have a lot to learn glad most of the elite members help

For pct I already have hcg clomid and forma. I got some help from Dyllan I just need some dosages for hcg. Also need to know kind of what do I start during cycle and when do I start post. ( how long after last injection)

if you are using test E you can start pct 10-14 days after your last shot .

pin some hcg @ 500iu EOD during the 2 weeks post cycle...

I wanted to take safe dosages. I'm well aware of the sides. I understand aas arnt 100% safe. I wanted to do them safely. Got the cycle from forums
