Need advise on second cycle

I am starting my second cycle in 5 weeks and I am trying to recover from my first. I was very moderate, running only 5oo sust. a week. Took HCG and Nolva, had nice strength gains, and gained 25 lbs., hard muscle, no 'puffy' muscles. My second I was thinking of (already placed the order)

Deca
oil- long half life Tren
4 Hcg kits
nolva
IGF-1

I need advise on dosage, or any advise would be good. My goal is mass. I have been a stick all my life, a year ago I weighed 138. I weigh 176 now. 6'0. 24 years old. Need advise on possible supp. i would get at GNC like glutamine, aminos, stuff like that. Is it necessary or a waste. Also protein intake per day suggestion. No problems in the gym, have the eye of the tiger. Just need help everywhere else. Thanks
 
Well, I will be the first person to chime in before X yells at you saying that if its your second cycle, you don't need the IGF yet. Its more for experienced BB. But, if you are going to run it, and you will cause you already ordered it, 50 mcg/ed for 4-6 weeks on followed by 4-6 weeks off.

Second, I would run sust 500 mg/ew for 12 weeks alongside the Deca at 400 mg/ew for 12 weeks. I would run the tren at 400 mg/ew for first or last 6 weeks, IMO the first 6.

As for protein, you need at least a gram a day per pound of body weight to maintain your current muscle mass. general rule is to consume 1.5-2 grams per pound of bodyweight to grow.

Personally, the only use I found with glutamine is to help with the joints, but since your running deca, there should be no problem there. Amino acids are a good mix to add.
 
. Maybe I just cant add, but it seems like the ratio of mLs per shot at rec. weeks would mean that my vial is not enough. Need to order more? I would hate to waste by not doing enough, or do what you say and be dry at my mid-cycle peak
 
If all you have is 10 ml of each, then I would wait to get more before starting. Always have everything before starting.
 
I agree with the test and deca but not tren for a second cycle. Don't go over board. If you got good gains with sust. stay with it and just add deca. In my opinion, IGF is not worth the money but that's just me. GOOD LUCK

That looks like a good cycle!!! u could also kick start it with t-or d-bols the first 4 weeks

Its all about keeping er simple!!!

I would drop the IGF, run a sust + deca cycle with arimidex as the anti-E

for your PCT: you can go with HCG + nolvadex
 
even if i already payed for it? it was alittle bit more than the rest of stuff. the 'man' is a good salesman, and we are friends, but i dont think he really knows what he is talking about on some of the stuff. I was told the usual formula is that if you gain 30 lbs. in a cycle, expect to keep 15, which is good. But with IGF at the end, I will keep the 30, plus cont. to make steady ga
 
i think you should only stick to 2 different aas's for your 2nd cycle, that way if any sides occur that are beastly, you know where it is from... you should run the sust/deca cycle. why screw up something that you already know is a good thing?

Damn you aint kidding around.LOL As far as dose id do:
500mgs sustanon weeks 1-10
300mgs deca weeks 1-8
75mgs tren eod weeks 1-6
Week 11 1000ius hcg on M/W/F
Week 12 same
Week 13 same
Weeks 11-16 20mgs nolvadex ed
Skip the igf. Save it for another cycle or pct.

Id do 6 meals a day with at least 40g of protein per meal. Ya know those qts of hersey chocolate milk. Well, meet your new best friend. Drink one after every workout. 2 a day would be good too. Youll get 32g of protein from them and like 900 calories. I used to drink like 2 a day when looking for just mass. Doritos are very tasty with your chocolate milk too.LOL And yeah, i am serious, if your a stick and you want to eat then you need to eat some damn food and not that clean shit.

As far as supps id use multi-mineral

BCAA'S
digestive enzyms
liv-52,liv-104 or essesntail forte
liquid milk thistle(this must be taken with 8 oz. of warm water)
