Cycle: Test E: Week 1-10/Dbol: Week 1-4

How many days a week do most of you guys work out on cycle?
Im just wondering how much is too much?
Should i concentrate more on one or two muscle groups at a time or what?
I feel like my workout sessions are more productive when i do multiple muscle groups at a time(3 or so). And normally dont feel like my muscles need as much time to recover as some people.
Below is a plan i kinda pulled out of my ass. I really want to concentrate on chest, shoulders and traps. I know it does not really follow the normal plans you see but i need something to work my ass off to get the best gains for the cycle. Maybe ill get flamed and told its shit but either way i need some advice. I just want to get crazy ripped during cycle and keep as much of the mass as possible.

Monday- Chest/Shoulders/Traps
Tuesday-Biceps/Triceps
Wednesday-Back
Thursday-OFF
Friday-Chest/Shoulders/Traps
Saturday-Biceps/Triceps
Sunday-Legs
 
go to the thread "how many times a week" had a fine debate with a guy on that one. mixed opinions, you decide. go read that thread, it is new and still floatin.
 
what is your body type (ecto/endo/meso)?
what are you training for (strength/aesthetics/oly)?
are your chest/shoulder & traps a weak point?
 
It all depends on your intesity, not the "amount." At 22 and juiced, it'd be virtually impossibe to overtrain as long as you eat enough and sleep enough. Throw in a few supps to insure health and go bust your ass and grow..
