need Advice

My friend is about 32 he wieghs 150 hes 5*9 and would want to start gainning some size hes thinking about taking cypionate 200mg for his 1st bottle i came here to ask you guys on how he should take it and how to run a pct because we dont know how to do this correctly anyway my other friend wants to cut down hes 6*0 weighs 243 19% body fat he told me and was thinking about doing some winny he says he wants to buld up more muscle but burn off some fat hes 26 years old also would like to know if he should run a pct or what he should take any better advice would be perfect...
 
Your friend who is 5'9" and 150lb just needs to eat. His money would be better spent on protein suppliments and chicken breasts. 200g of protein/4,000 total calories a day along with 90 minutes of lifting 5 days a week. This will make him grow faster than any gear at this point.

Your buddy who is 243 at 19% bf is a big, big boy. Has he ever done gear before? He could use 50mg/day of winny for 6 weeks to maintain muscle while he diets down to 10% bf but he shouldn't expect to add new muscle during this time. Hell, 200 lb of lean body mass at 6' is great anyway.

100mg/day of clomid for 3 weeks starting immediately after the winny is stopped would be fine for PCT with that cycle.

of course we lift weights all of us together i was wrong about the guy weighing 150 i totally guessed wrong i asked him his weight and he weighs 173 he wants to get upto 195 lean muscle wants to get huge lol

how long have you guys bin working out and what is there diet like gram for gram what are they taking in every day for protein carbs fat...also what kinds of food are you they eating.....aas is not magic bro....but the right food is.
 
THe one trying to put on some weight is basically eating everything and the ones cutting down are eating chicken/tuna/ 3-4 protein shakes aday with water and a couple proteinbars daily.... been working out for about a year on/off
