need advice

I am kinda new to this and have a quick question. I just recently got 50ml of tren @ 200mg, 50 ml of eq @ 200mg and 50ml of enanthate @ 250mg. I am looking to lean up and also put on some size. how should I stack this? how much should I do each week of each item? any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Damn boy!!!! You're new to this and this is the shit you pick up. That would be more of a novice cycle than a beginners. Provide us with some stats like your age, how long you been training, how does your diet look, how's your supplementation look. Make sure you don't get antsy and start using shit. Give us some info and we'll give back.
 
i have only done 2 cycles before in my life but all that went to shit because i seperated my shoulder quite a few times and had to have surgery. my stats are I am 26 years old, 6' tall and currently weigh about 225-230. i have been at the gym 5 days a week also doing cardio every day for the past 2 months. only supplement i am taking right now is your typical protein shakes, also have super pump 250 and no xplode and gluatamine fuel. i pretty much have been eating chicken, tuna fish, salads, oatmeal, protein puddings, some fresh seafood and lean turkey meat. any suggestions for the diet? any opther info you need let me know. i greatly appreciate it!!!

The main thing here for you right now is to keep up with your diet, training and your supps since it's been just 2 months. It's hard to be patient but you'll appreciate it after you yeild more natural gains. After a few more months you'll notice that muscle memory kicking in and then you can get on the gear. Just wait to use the Tren, though(unless you've used it before). You could do the Test e and the EQ at:
1-15 Test e 500mg
1-15 EQ 600mg
AIFM or Aromisan throughout
Then PCT which is just as important as the cycle itself.

what supplements do you suggest i start taking besides what i currently have. i have done tren before. but it has been a while since i have. another rookie question... what is AIFM?

The supps you're on now plus fish oil, multi, potassium, vitamin c, e, glucosamine or other joint support. AIFM is an Aromatase Inhibitor for men. It does the same thing Aromasin does, only stronger. It helps decrease the level of estrogen that your body produces.

dont hop on a cycle 2 months after youve started back training, especially with a shoulder history. Get diet, lift shedual, and rest all in check, stick with it until you hit a hard plateau, and then MAYBE resort to gear.

i was gonna hold off on starting for at least another 3-4 months.. i might just do some clens and winny tabs to lose some weight before summer gets here. the other gear though will be for after summer most likely
