i have only done 2 cycles before in my life but all that went to shit because i seperated my shoulder quite a few times and had to have surgery. my stats are I am 26 years old, 6' tall and currently weigh about 225-230. i have been at the gym 5 days a week also doing cardio every day for the past 2 months. only supplement i am taking right now is your typical protein shakes, also have super pump 250 and no xplode and gluatamine fuel. i pretty much have been eating chicken, tuna fish, salads, oatmeal, protein puddings, some fresh seafood and lean turkey meat. any suggestions for the diet? any opther info you need let me know. i greatly appreciate it!!!
