I have been workin out for 3 years, 300 bench, 600 squat, 430 deadlift. I just got done with football and hurt my shoulder and wrist. I'm cleared to workout, but I'm really getting discouraged. I went down in everything alot. My left shoulder is weaker than my right. What do i need to do to get back where i was fast?
