need advice

hey im on a 1st cycle ( test e,deca,dbol) and my question is im now in my 4th week and i feel the test is kicking in so can i train more frequently and harder without losing muscle? bcoz most ppl say ur muscles need to rest 48hour after a workout thx in advance
 
Muscle growth comes from breaking down the muscle from lifting weights, then the muscle growing back stronger than it was. So the growth is in the recovery, not the lifting. Lots of rest for the muscle group you just broke down is always crucial even in if on a cycle.

I can't disagree with the above facts, but I don't think you can over train on your first cycle. I remember training twice a day, and getting great results.

On a cycle now, and I could train twice a day easy, just don't have the same amount of free time.
 
I wouldn"t train more while on gear.If you are getting stronger on the cycle[which you should be] then your body will still need rest.When I do a bulk/strength cycle I train less than I do when I"m not on a cycle.
