I'm just wondering how important lifting experiance is when thinking about trying a cycle. I'm 6'3 250 and 27 years old. Been working out on and off for 2 years, but have a good 3 months back in the gym so i guess my body can't be too shocked. Still need to lose some pounds but my focus now is to boost my gains. Does it make it more dangerous to use or is it because you won't acheive maximum gains. Any advice will be helpful. P.S. The person that is going to help me out refered Deca, Test and possibly a dbol cycle for a begginer
 
Deca, Test, and dbol would be okay.

Beginner Cycle for the three:
1-10 weeks Deca 300mgs test 500mgs weekly
1-6 weeks dbol 30 mgs daily
anti-E's would be a plus as well, Clomid and Nolvadex for sure, but read up on the anti-E's post to decide what you need.
 
6'3 250... what is your BF? Given the context of the message I would guess you may want to drop some weight first. Persoanlly, I would get my diet in gear, loose some weight (if in fact you have to - not knowing your physique, I don't know), and train a few more years to reach your genetic max. Then if you choose, run a cycle. The rec. cycle is more of a basic stack but I would skip the dbol and just run test/deca w/the appropiate anti-e's and PCT.

I understand that is the best way to go about it and BF% is higher than it should be but will trying the cycle cause any severe side effects when not in tip top shape or is it stricly a matter of gains? And how important are anti e's for your first cycle?

I too lifted on and off for many years but I went into my first cycle after about 3 months of half assed lifting and about 16%BF. What a waste. You’ll realize that about 4 weeks in and then what?
You’re on a 10 cycle, another 10 weeks off, So then you'll be ready to do it right about July?
Tighten your diet (TIGHT) and lift hard until July then cycle and I promise you'll be glad you did.

Bro that is my mantra, I repeat it 50 times a day.

Im not sure your going to need them badly, but i know gyno is a mother fucker and having tits bigger than your wife's/girlfriend sure would suck.
 
And is BF% a major player in that or just lack of training time. Forgive me for the stupid ?'s but im new to this and have a reliable man for gear right now and put my order in already but if starting too soon is gonna waste my money Im gonna wait. Just got that urge to get going before summer, know what I mean?
 
So jumping right in at this stage would do absolutly nothing for me?

You are getting some good advice hear...The main thing that you can do is to stick eith this site...Keep lifting hard and get your diet down pat...We are not talking about "going on a diet" Just get it the way it should be...There is tons of good information here on all of the forums. Stick around a while and read some of the results of cycles, read some of the side effects, and most of all learns as much as you can about AAS before you try them.
As far as gains...You should be able to make massive improvements during the first year without AAS. Just keep your Protien amount high,,,a min of 1.5 grams per pound of body weight...and eat clean, you will be surprised in how much muscle you can put on while losing fat.

Don't waste your money. Gear is not for losing wieght. If you REALLY need to lose wieght grab some Bontril even, eat lots of protein, and do more cardio.

IMO> Deca, Test and dbol is not for beginners. Do a single test or a blend for your first cycle. test cyp or sust is all you need.
 
man alive, this is some awesome encouragement for a newb. i wish i had this kinda help when i made my first mistake of doing juice too young. I am still too young. Someone talk me out of a tren/test stack :)
 
Thanx for the advice bro, still learning, I get alot of mixed messages. Some people have told me Deca good choice for beginners, and others like yourself have said it isn't. I've also been told that not stacking with something is a waste of time. still trying to put it all together. Your advice will be well taken, still got alot of research to do. I might hold off on the gear for now until I drop some BF and add more muscle through hard gains. Seems like a let down but there's only one way to do it I guess and thats "the right way". Thanx fellas

Not that young bro, 27 and counting thats why I'm lookin for that quick fix, lol. But I ain't gonna kid myself either by wasting time and money for nothing just gotta hit it hard and hopefully by the end summer I'll be ready! And that may be too soon by the way it sounds. This is a great site man learned alot in the last hour.

didnt mean to make it sound like you were a kid, im 21 and i started about 1.5 years ago. I wish i would of waited because my test levels were through the roof naturally.

You might wanna go to the doctor to get you some Adipex or bontrail to loose some pounds. Will definately curve your appetite.

Do about 2-400mg Test per week only for your first cycle or two. Second one can up the dose. Then around third I'd add deca and see how you react to it stacked w/ test. Have liquidex and nolva on hand at all times. I don't like dbol period :)
 
Is apidex or bontrail an ephedrine type drug? Tried ephedrine based product couple of years ago and I swore I'd never touch the shit again. Thought I was gonna have a heart attack one day. To tell you the truth sometimes I think my heart skips a beat every now and then from that shit. Aside from my life altering ephedrine abuse got any info on the other 2.

You want him to use 3 supplements of AAS on he's first cycle?
I would, suggest using just test on he's first one..
Otherwise he would never know what he's sensetive against and so on..
