I've done 4 shows now and have used a little aldactone Wed, Thurs, Fri. (50-100 mgs). For nationals last year I dropped some lasix as well. Now, I don' t have any troubles getting pretty dry without it and trust me my diet was right on, but that little extra can really make the difference. I'm lucky I don't cramp up, but I've seen it happen and it's an ugly thing. My water intake went like this: Wed 8 L distilled water, Thurs. 10 L distilled water, Friday 1/2 L distilled water. What can I say it works for me.
