hello everyone, need some advice about switching from the ckd diet to a diet with r-ala, biotin, gla. my stats are 6' 215 lbs 13%bf . what percentage should i keep protein, carbs, and fats in order to lose bf while increasing muscle size. do i need a low carb or mid carb diet.i uderstand keep the high gi carbs after the workout and low gi carb the rest of the day. i lift 6days a week and cardio thrown in 4 days a week. the ckd diet is very good iand i would recommend it but i'm just missing the carbs causing my workouts to be lack of energy any help is appreciated
