Need advice.. QV Deca 300

Im getting this mainly for joint pain and recovery.. I use ~500 mg per week of test for growth so what would a reasonable dose of Deca be???

Keep in mind.. I didnt really get the Deca for the purposes of growth.. jsut for my shulders... whats the minimum dosage to get some fluid loading?

take a 1cc shot=300mg every 5th day

200-300 mg once a week

I have used QV Deca and it was excellent, but did not help, joint pain at that time, good luck.
