Hello,im new to this site..lost of info,thanx. Reason im here is i need some advice. I excercise regularly(3 times a week). Im 34 yrs old...5 ft 7, and weigh right at 132 lbs. I was always thin, and most times i was at 147 lbs. and healthy as a horse. But recently me and my GF broke up and i lost alot of weight from worrying all the time,not eating....you know the deal. Everything is better now in my life except i cant gain a thing weight wise. I have hypoglycemia, so i have to eat all the time,7 times a day. i dont eat alot at these times but do eat healthy meals(chicken,fish,veggies) and lots of spaghetti. my hypoglycemia is under control as long as i eat right. my doctor asked me to take some weight gainer from GNC, man that stuff bloats the hell outta me and has too much sugar for me. so im not using that anymore. calorie wise i think if i added up right im eating 2100 a day(about) . it feels like im eating enough,so i dont know what else to do. when i was at 140 i tried creatine for a month and gained 7 lbs. but lost that so im thinking water weight. what can i take to help gain muscle back and and make it stay? realistically i want to get to 155(which is what i weighed in high school) i have been taking tribex and arginine thinking it would help keep the muscle i got(which it seems to be doing). Its been 2 months since i started trying to gain my weight back and it seems like its not going anywhere. My weight can fluctuate like 4-5 lbs a day,always has. you guys have any suggestions for supps or anything else that might help......tired of feeling weak and really want my weight back(or more).....thanx for the help in advance guys.
