Hey fellas,
I plan on working on getting more leaner. I am currently 209lbs and about 11-12% BF. How can i get leaner naturally w/o anabolics? I do workout 3-4 times a week with cardio at about 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I currenty use protein, bcaa's,and MRP's. Would any anabolic that is not hard on the liver help with my progress like anavar or something? Don't get me wrong, i used to weigh 245lbs with a 42" waist in March!!!! Now i'm down to a 33"(Yippie). Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!!!
