I've got 15 amps of winny S048 and when I separate them some of the gel like substance sticks to the sides is that mean it is fake? the majority goes to the bottom.

It should seperate... powder on the bottom, water on the top. You mentioend "gel like substace" - Not sure about that one. I have seen it sort of clump if it seperated and the amp was on it's side or leaning...
