Need advice on my next cycle

I want to start my fourth cycle and was going to use Deca and Sus again. A friend said that I should try Winny and Sus rather. Is it true that Deca is only effective for the first and maybe second time of use? And can you suggest a cycle using Winny/ Sus.

It is not true that deca is only effective the first few times you use it.

If you were to cycle sust/winny, this is what I would do:

sust@ 500mg/week for 10 weeks
winny at 50mg/eod weeks 4-12

Clomid starting in week 13

if you're looking for another bulking cycle then Deca should be considered again. Maybe you could do a winny/sust/deca. Not a bad idea. Good strenght and mass from such cycle.

Thanks for the reply. Can you please suggest a cycle, quantity wise, using winny/sust/deca. I cant seem to get clomide in Ireland. What do you suggest as a alternative and how should it be taken?

sust 500 mg week 1-10 (maybe a front ....)
Deca 400 mg week 1-10
Winny 50 mg ED week 6-12

now you could also take some dbols week 1-5 prior ro the winny.....thats up to you.....
