Hey guys im new here, im 23 years old been training for about 2 years, my current stats are as follow:

5ft 10

my question is can i get much bigger naturally? ill post some pictures up, reason im wondering is because im thinking of doing a cycle to break out of a strength and size plateau. Here are some attachments of my 2 year progress.

That aint no 12% bf. Ill give u 14 to 15.

And consider yourself genetically gifted my friend. Im 5'8'', have been lifting for 5 years and have very strict 6 meal a day diet and hard training regiment, and I cant get past 158 lbs without putting on fat.

Guess what I'm trying to say is everybody's genetic potential is different..

Thanks for the fast reply bro, means a lot! so im about 15%? thanks for the reality check :p lol yeah every ones different i agree, just so frustrating when your body refuses to grow anymore, especially my arms im sitting at 16.5 and i dont think they grow any bigger :/

Are you eating the required amount of protein, carbs, and fat to grow daily? Most kids that stop growing think it's their genetic max when really you just need more food. I eat alot or I eat 4000 cals a day doesn't mean crap unless your tracking it. Knowing exactly what your next meal will be and exactly what your last meal was. Just my two cents. You do have a good foundation but no your not at your max. Keep up the hard work bud.

Hi Jammo

I'll go with your body-fat at around 14-16% too.

You don't say what your starting weight was before training two years ago. Nevertheless, I'd say you look to have done remarkably well in any case. If you really haven't done any cyles - and I include prohormones in that statement - I think you've got a great deal of potential and will also say you're likely to be genetically disposed to putting on heaps of solid mass. Don't forget...guys with their pro-card go on making steady progress for ten or twelve years of training. Okay, the gains come slowly after that but they're still there.

You have a very solid foundation and I'm sure you have the ability and potential to go far in this pursuit.

All the best.

you are only 23, to think you are even close to your peak is nonsense.

and yes everyone is right you aren't 12% atleast in your bottom pic. i would put you over 15% atleast .. more like 17-18%

i would definately get your diet improved before using steroids and get better conditioning. you don't look conditioned atleast in your bottom pic.

Thanks for the feedback guys, when i started i was about 165ibs heres a picture

I need to re think my diet, thanks for the feedback on bf percentage i needed a true perspective on what 15-18% bf actually looked like.

When I get stuck for awhile, I write my daily macros down and tweak them, then throw away my lifting regiment and start with a new one. Its hard to quit a good regiment thats worked for so long but your body adapts. It's always a good idea every few months to go from strength training to hypertrophy to high rep or just something new. Switch from bb to db exercises. Anything helps

I would agree with everyone else here. I think a good option for you at this point, would be to cut some bodyfat and get down to at least 12% if not lower. Then maybe try adding in some more muscle. Just make sure you have the right macros for growth. You are definitely not at your genetic limit. You have a lot of growing you can still do.
