Need advice on cutting up

I ran my first cycle (TE 500/wk 2 weeks + DBol 50/day 4 weeks) and put on some nice size. I just finished my PCT and now I want to cut up for the summer which I've never had good luck with. I have var and winny tabs on hand enough to run 50md/day for 8 weeks. Which is better for cutting up without running test? I am switching my routine to cardio 4 mornings (pre-meal) and weights 5 nights (lighter weights for 12-15 reps). My diet will be low carb - high protein 1-1.25 gm of protein per pound)
 
so??? why do the high reps?? is your purpose to increase the slow twitch muscle?? increase endurance??

that's what that rep range is for... if you are doing it to use more energy in an attempt to use all the glycogen that is stored in the muscle so that the body starts using stored fats for energy that's not he way to go about it..

Have intense workouts to increase size and to exhaust energy stores, do am pre feed cardio at 65% yes.. do cardio post workout 50-60% intensity yes.. cut carbs or rather the type of carbs you eat and don't consume any after 4pm.. yes..

but if you restrict your diet so much that you begin to lose size, and start throwing your body into a catabolic state, you will lose size, strength and you will not be happy with the results.. after all, you spent money and time getting bigger, just lose the fat..
 
If you've had trouble cutting up in the past, get the omega pamphlet. I've been using the principles in that packet during the last half of my current cycle and it has made a huge difference both in mass gains and fat loss.

I've modified the plan to supercharge fat loss even further. That's a good place to start in my opinion.
